Victor M. Gutierrez , Jr. has been in the Real Estate business since 1998. Before he became a Real Estate broker, Victor worked in management for twelve years, first with Sears, Roebuck, and Company and then at Walgreens. In 1998 he founded his own Real Estate investment company and has been actively purchasing and selling his own Real Estate ever since. His education includes a High School diploma from Mather High School and a Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern Illinois University. Victor is a strong believer in ongoing self-development and has completed extensive continuing education in Real Estate. In addition, he has become a certified company trainer and motivational speaker.
