Joette Fleming, Broker Associate, has been part of the real estate industry for over 23 years.  In addition to sales, fourteen of those years were spent in management for a internationally recognized brand name firm. That experience has given Joette a unique insight with buyers and sellers and what it takes to get the job done right.  Joette is currently involved with training new associates for Realty World All Pro, Inc. as well as sales.

As a big believer in ongoing education to keep up with the changing times in the business of real estate, Joette is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), has studied the courses offered as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) as well as numerous workshops and seminars offered by some of the biggest and best names in the industry. 

The driving force behind our business should be making it safe and comfortable for anyone buying and selling when it comes to one of the most important decisions in our lives - making a house a home!
